David was great - went above and beyond to fix our damaged floors at a great rate.
David was quick to respond and come by to check out my floor. He gave me a straightforward assessment of what to do with the floor and how long it would take.
He was efficient and left the place tidy.
In addition he really did a great job on patching a hole on my floor and also reducing some water damage stains from a tenant.

Hi all, I really have to compliment David's work. He is a phenomenal contractor. I easily give him 5 stars and there are a few ways that he went above and beyond multiple occasions:
1. He gave me a reasonable quote that others couldn't beat in what he calls his "min price". This means he gets the whole job done under a fixed budget. He calculates based on his reasonable rate. This gives me PRICING PREDICTABILITY. He even visited for a free quote.
2. He does a fantastic job. David really knows what he's talking about. He is able to scan floors with an eye of multiple years (maybe decades) of experience. He knew immediately how previous contractors laid my floors and made sure to not repeat their mistakes, while also communicating them to me. He is really top notch.
3. He will go above and beyond. The process for me was basically give him the keys, then a week later, I came to basically new floors. He also helped give recommendations on how to fix other fix-ups on my house, and even detected a gas leak which I called PG&E for.
If you are looking for a flooring guy, you will be lucky if you find David available. Thank you David!

David did amazing work on our floors. They are gorgeous now. We are fixing up an old family home with original hardwood floors from maybe the 1940s. They are white oak. There have been pets here for at least 50 years so there was a LOT of damage from pets. David replaced areas that were not salvageable and made them blend really well into the existing hardwood. We didn’t know the condition of the hallway since it had been covered by vinyl flooring for about 30 years. When David removed the vinyl cover, the floors were too bad to save so he replaced the whole hallway. David also put a nice custom border around our fireplace. We really appreciated his attention to detail and his work was meticulous. He also kept us up to date on progress and was reasonably priced especially compared to some of the bigger companies. Our floors look amazing! I think the pictures speak for themselves.
