i hired them for a painting job which was much bigger than i thought it would be. They showed up on time, turned out the start date was the Sunday of daylight savings time. I asked them to come at 8:30 not realizing that was actually 7:30. They showed up on time and put in a hard days work and came back for 4 days They did a beautiful job painting my building and cleaned up after themselves. I have already hired them for another bigger job.

I hired Suncoast home improvement to power wash my tile roof on my home. Unfortunately they did not use any type of cleaning solution, and said they only used high pressure water (which is not recommended for a tile roof based on the research I did afterwards). My roof still looks spotty throughout and doesn’t appear to be a recently cleaned roof. Not to mention, I also had red water spots ALL around the sides of my house and on the white exterior trim work, in my driveway, and all over my white garage doors from where the excess water dripped off the red tile roof and wasn’t cleaned. That alone took me a couple hours to clean. Two very nice gentlemen but just need to Polish up on how to properly clean tile roofs.
