We lost our hot water on July 4 and realizing it was the holiday weekend. We waited until Monday morning to call LT Plumbing. They sent Ryan Chartier to address the issue and he was absolutely fantastic. The hot water heater was still under warranty as it was only four years old and we had to deal with Reem to get the replacement parts. I will tell you that the company Reem was not easy to deal with but Ryan stuck with them and eventually we were able to get our hot water heater working again. Thank you to LT Plumbing, who was absolutely fantastic quick to respond to phone calls and very quick to get help out to our home. I highly highly recommend LT Plumbing.
