Rob has done several jobs for us, he tiled my counter tops with great designs on back splash, he helped in tiling my floors and bathroom, did a great job was very happy with all his work.
He hung the mirrors and pictures in new apartments did a great job.

We used their services to remodel both bathrooms and replace flooring throughout our entire house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really standard. Each job is unique. The factors included in price are: location, time, material, and design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 is to get an idea of what they're wanting. A basic design and budget. Then, we go over some products and materials. Once we get an idea of the look they're desiring, then we run a few ideas by them. Show them some recent pics of our work. Usually we connect with the customer very easily.
Work begins once the idea is agreed upon, and products are delivered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education came from my fathers business. And also on the job training from a master tile setter. I learned remodeling inside and out!
