We spend a week each year with friends in the Cashiers area and love having a chef come to our home so that we can enjoy a meal with wine. We found Erica Reynolds online and hired her for two nights. Her food and presentations were better than any restaurant that we've experienced in Cashiers or Highlands. We're all foodies, so that is a certifiable review. BRAVO Erica!

We used Chef Erica for a dinner party for my husband's 60th.
She came to the house with everything! All the food, even set the table with chargers and plates and then served us the best tasting appetizer and meal! While we ate, she served up dessert and then cleaned up the place! It was the most relaxing dinner party I've had! We enjoyed having her at the house! So much better than going out to dinner! Worth it!

We were looking for a chef to cook a nice dinner in our rental home just to get a break from having to cook ourselves and what we received was the most amazing meal of our lives! We were truly mind blown at how amazing the dinner was. She instantly came up with the perfect menu to fit exactly what we were looking for. It’s like she seemed to read my mind. She was extremely quick in all her responses and was very understanding when we wanted to add to our agreed upon menu at the last minute. Chef Erica was very professional. She brought everything in and cleaned everything so there was nothing for us to do but enjoy. The entire meal from start to finish was truly out of this world. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. My only regret is that we don’t live closer so we could use her on a regular basis and that i don’t have a bigger stomach so that i could have eaten more. We will definitely be using chef Erica again next time we are in the area! Thank you chef Erica! From the bottom of my heart! You truly were the highlight of our vacation and we will be talking and dreaming about your amazing dinner until next time we get to visit! I apologize that the picture does your incredible meal no justice and that i didn’t get a picture of the appetizer or your out of this world dessert! Just figured a picture is better than no picture.
