- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on a transparent pricing model with no discounts offered. Our starting management fee is 20% and is charged only on revenue we help generate, such as the nightly rate and add-ons like early check-in, late check-out, and pet fees. We do not charge management fees on cleaning fees or taxes. Unlike many property management companies that take their percentage from the total booking amount, our approach ensures you’re only paying for performance—not pass-through costs.

We take the time to understand your home, review similar listings, and look at past guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. From there, we offer clear, practical recommendations, build a pricing strategy tailored to your goals, and list your property across multiple platforms to maximize visibility. Our guest-first, hospitality-driven approach ensures a smooth onboarding process and sets your home up for long-term success from day one.
