Had a cleaning done in good faith due to being out of town on an emergency, over half of the requested things were not done. I called and was given every reason why she wasnt able to do it. I was even told how dirty certain things were in my house, which i was obviously aware of because I hired someone to come in to clean it. No offer to fix it and no apology. I would not recommend using this service. Maybe for a good surface clean.

This person added things to be done AFTER the job was quoted and agreed on. A great exaggeration to say over half of requests not done, not true. I actually spent 5 hours in that house cleaning. The three ceiling fans took extensive time and that was an "added request after quote". There were also workers in the house "creating" dust at the same time. A lesson for me to not agree on a job when requests are "added on" after the quote was accepted.
