I am extremely pleased with the quality, neatness and timeliness of the work performed at my residence by Archer Property Maintenance. The company repaired a damaged garage ceiling seam and some damaged drywall in the master bedroom shower. Finally, there were no surprises on the invoice; the work was billed as estimated. I definitely would employ this company again.

Extremely satisfied with projects and work done by Scott @ Archer. I had some major job assigned for Scott , to build a massive 6ft wooden fence around my property, replaced all air conditioning units, major renovation of stand up shower( basically torn down and put back together), landscape... all done in a timely manner and within budget. Scott is also very accessible , did a great job for my property. Highly recommended if you want someone upfront, honest and do quality work. Highly recommended.

Archer Property Maintenance has done an outstanding job of maintaining the outside areas of our business. They have performed some complicated building maintenance in addition to the yard care. They have worked with roses, holly, camellias and lilies. They successfully cleaned out an overgrown corner and turned it into a tropical sight. We are very pleased with their versatility and industry.

These guys have been great to work with, doing the jobs effectively, efficiently, while keeping my costs in mind as well. I've had my deck replaced, dishwasher installed, sub flooring, and several odd jobs needed at the house. Trustworthy, and timely too working within my brief timeline to get the job done! landscape maintenance and construction, fence installation, tile shower installation, drywall repair and painting, haul away services, screen repair, faucet repair, and light fixture replacement, ceiling fan replacement, etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
350' privacy fence installation. Removed several sections of privacy fence that were deteriorated and installed a brand new privacy fence with great results. Very happy with the outcome of that job.
