Charles Reynolds, Chuck, was so professional and expert in his field. I will indeed call him back for more work to be done. His work quality was unbeatable. He was within budget. Very friendly with excellent communication skills. Superb value. He completed the work in a timely manner. He did exactly what he said he would do and more for the price he quoted me. His helper just added value to his work and they got it done in half the time I thought it would take. I just can not say enough good things about Charles Reynold's work. They deserve every star in my five-star rating.
