I will use up to date methods that help the client and not cause as much pain as possible. I will educate the clients how to help themselves between massage secessions. Clients leave feeling relaxed, better then when they first came in for the secession. Learn that they have to take better care of themselves. You have only one body and it is not a computer. You cannot overload it and we do. They want to come back to help their body heal itself.

The massage itself was decent, however she made it clear she was not happy about having to do the massage on the third floor of the condo because of the stairs, and her "relaxation music" was played through Pandora and kept getting interrupted by ads which were very annoying and counteracted the relaxation effect.

Nellie: I am sorry that the relaxation music on Pandora with the ads bothered you. If you would have told me I could have changed to something else. I have now purchased the Pandora without commercials. It was not professional of me to complain about the three flights of stairs. It was very difficult to get my table and carrier and all the items in my cart.. That morning my back was hurting. I know that is not a good excuse. More of the places I go to have elevators. It you would have told me after the massage how you felt, I would have made amends. There is a check in the mail to you for your massage session. That is the only way I feel that I could make it right. Thanks for making me aware of how to improve my business practices. Have a great day. Janet Gladis
