- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use nationally approved prices to estimate projects. Occasionally, we are able to "guess" at the pricing but we use line items with floor plans and regional pricing that is uploaded monthly. This is the same pricing that most insurance carriers use. We monitor the drying with temperature and humidity monitors and calculate the amount of equipment needed (Including air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, injectidry forced air and sometimes heat and cooling based on industry standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service Restoration Pros are on call 24/7/365 for water damage emergencies. If you have a water loss we will come out and extract the water, do the required demo and set up equipment to stabilize and dry the affected areas. Speed is important to prevent mold growth. We can mitigate your water damage effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Advanced Microbial Restoration, Odor Control and Fire Damage. We are a MICRO contractor.
