Hope that you will never need this type of service but, if you find yourself in need, these are absolutely the people you want to take care of the problem!My wife and I entered our condo on Wednesday night (one month from our last stay) and noticed an odor. We began our search and found mold in one of the cabinets along with a small amount of water. We called a plumbing service Thursday morning that came out and stated we need to have the mold handled and find the leak before he could fix the leak. The leak was behind a wall and obviously a slow leak. The plumber referred us to Service Restoration Pros to find the leak and remediate the mold.Rusty English the owner of Service Restoration Pros arrived Thursday afternoon with a small crew. He assessed the damage and told us it would not be over a certain amount to correct the problem. His crew started demolition, and Rusty sent one of his crew back to Panama City to get the fans and dehumidifier. Later that same day Mr. English called and told us the estimation (some type of software he uses for a job quote) came in over the amount he had stated he believed it would cost. Now comes the old school part, my word is my bond, Mr. English said he told us the amount it would cost and that is what the cost would be.The professionalism, quick response, and integrity was phenomenal. That alone in my mind puts Service Restoration Pros at the top of my list for any future issues we may have.Five days for ripping out the damage, drying, dehumidifier, building the cabinet, reinstalling the cabinet, drywall repair, reinstallation of the dishwasher and I swear it looked better than before! Most of the duration was required to properly dry and remediate the mold. The job did not come without its challenges, but Service Restoration Pros stepped up and completed everything to our satisfaction.Now for my review it was 5 stars. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, it was 10+If ever I need this type of service Im calling Rusty Englishs company, you would be well advised to do the same.Thanks to Rusty and all Service Restoration Pros who helped us!Debbie & J.T. Their team was great; nice and polite. Rusty was quick to get his team of Dusty, Taka, and Antonio out to my house to find a leak in my walls. It sounded like it was raining in my walls. They were quick to fix the problem and set up equipment that got everything dry faster than I had expected. Overall it was a fast and easy experience. I will definitely use them for any future problems.

These guys are the real deal! I called for an irrigation repair and they were out quick with a quote. Marco came and put together the quote and was able to explain to me everything that was wrong with it for me to understand and feel like what he was saying needed repair was legit. Ethan was the one who did the work, and was as friendly as can be. He was responsive and let me know when he would arrive and then he put in some hard work. This company and the employees are extremely transparent and do fantastic work. Thank you all!

I could not have gotten a better team to come help me in my water emergency. They came out so fast and made a stressful and chaotic experience bearable. Dusty was a great project manager and his team Antonio, Takka and Austin were so attentive and worked so hard. Rusty the owner came and helped with my power issues with the equipment and even went a bought more supplies to make it work right. If you have a water emergencymake sure you use this company. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use nationally approved prices to estimate projects. Occasionally, we are able to "guess" at the pricing but we use line items with floor plans and regional pricing that is uploaded monthly. This is the same pricing that most insurance carriers use. We monitor the drying with temperature and humidity monitors and calculate the amount of equipment needed (Including air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, injectidry forced air and sometimes heat and cooling based on industry standards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service Restoration Pros are on call 24/7/365 for water damage emergencies. If you have a water loss we will come out and extract the water, do the required demo and set up equipment to stabilize and dry the affected areas. Speed is important to prevent mold growth. We can mitigate your water damage effectively.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Advanced Microbial Restoration, Odor Control and Fire Damage. We are a MICRO contractor.
