Classes are 75 minutes long and are designed for all levels of experience. One will increase strength, endurance, and flexibility by working with Danielle to create balance in the body and calmness in the mind using various breathing techniques within flowing sequences of fundamental yoga postures. Each class integrates Vinyasa flow with breath, movement and relaxation, along with the application of precise alignment, visualization and intention. Each student is unique and so are Danielle's Private Yoga Classes, which are personalized for the individual's ability, health challenges, health & wellness goals, and level of yoga experience (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Homework is given according to the student's individual level of yoga experience, which encourages the student to practice on their own in order to develop a lifestyle yoga practice. Types of Yoga Classes Offered by Danielle Currently, Danielle Masters is offering Private Yoga Classes in Panama City and Panama City Beach, FL. In November 2014, Danielle will be offering group yoga classes at Fusion Fitness Center in Panama City, FL. Gentle Yoga (Beginner-Advanced) - Increase strength, endurance, and flexibility as well as balance the body and mind with therapeutic Hatha Yoga. A gentle flow class designed to induce physical relaxation and calm the mind. Fundamental yoga postures are introduced along with various breathing techniques. Moderate Yoga (All Levels) - A well-rounded yoga session, gentle enough for the newcomer and challenging enough for the experienced. A strengthening practice which includes longer holding times, more inter-connective flow between postures and an emphasis on internal awareness. New postures and breathing techniques are introduced and students develop at their own pace. Energetic Flow Yoga (Intermediate-Advanced) - Incorporates fluid, energetic movements with deep, rhythmic breathing. Linking movement with the breath enhances the health benefits of each pose including greater muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility and joint mobility, improved circulation, and hormonal balance. Thus, creating a more focused, calm and meditative state of awareness. Chair Yoga (All Levels) - Enjoy the many benefits of yoga without having to be on the floor. Chair yoga brings yoga's integration of the body, mind and spirit to those unable to practice traditional mat yoga. It is also for those who sit at a desk for long period of time, and for those interested in ways to relieve stress by stretching and breathing during a busy day at work. You will leave feeling free of physical limitations and with a profound state of harmony, balance, and healing with this innovative approach to traditional mat yoga. Alpha Omega Yoga (All Levels)- An Alpha Omega Yoga Class with Danielle is an intentional Christ-centered yoga practice of connecting our entire being; body, mind and spirit with God; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God's word and prayer, Alpha Omega Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion, it is not. Yoga is a physical discipline much like running, gymnastics, dance, football, and many other sports. Alpha Omega Yoga has the capacity to enhance one's personal Christian beliefs and faith through applying God's word with bodily exercise.
