- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and upfront. I give an estimate before starting so there are no surprises. Pricing depends on the size and details of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the customer about what they want, look at the project, and give them an estimate. Once we agree on everything, we schedule the work and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work and learning from people with experience in the trade. I’m always learning and improving with every project.
