This guy is a rip off artist. He wanted to charge $800 to install 80!yards of carpet. Just the installation. You can buy carpet and Installation for around $1000. Don’t use this guy

I gave you my price and you got mad over it no thank you we don't do business with people like that. you can't take this personal. it's just business if you don't like our pricing it's okay just move on find someone else that can do it on your own budget. if there's no reason for a one-star for just giving you a quote over the phone. this review will be taken off

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive prices We also give discounts on certain materials and certain installations. But I think the most important thing is having someone that is buried knowledge in what they do and that's what sells the to the customer. You want the customer to be satisfied and in safe hands because construction like this not just anyone can do it if they don't have the experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our typical process is we give you a free estimate, we come out look at what is going on and we find a solution to fix the issue. We knowledge the customer from a to z making sure that they know exactly what's going on and where their money is being spent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NTCA workshop , schluter system , yta training. a certifications at Oscars flooring
