From the time of booking through the cleaning, Paula's Cleaning Service was extraordinary. It was easy to book them and they communicated immediately answering questions, etc. The team did an extremely thorough job of cleaning our 3 BR, 2BA house along with some of the extra I request. They left it sparkling! Thank you!!

Paula”s communication was very responsive and kept in touch with me before and after they cleaned. They did a really nice job cleaning and doing some extra things. Paula had some great suggestions that I will use. I will definitely use her service again with my vacation rentals. I would recommend Paula to anyone needing a cleaning company.

The girls were so nice! And they cleaned things and made everything look so nice. Just what I would want before company comes. And things stayed cleaned longer than it would if I cleaned it. Super pleased!

Paula had a family emergency and called me right away, then sent three of her team members so I was still able to get my home cleaned the same day as scheduled.
They did a fantastic job and left everything looking and smelling clean! I work from home and often am in back-to-back Teams/Zoom meetings so I really appreciate being able to text Paula to coordinate a time for them to come.
She and her team members are super responsive and very friendly! They put a lot of thought into their work and even folded the dogs' blankets up in their crates. I think this is the cleanest their room has ever been since moving in!
Looking forward to being a regular customer!
