- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only offer discounts at certain times of the year or when we make a mistake, I'll usually discount off the bill for the inconvenience. The only fee we charge is $5 for a late fee if not paid on time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually an exchange over email or phone followed by an in person visit to the property for a final estimate. Upon customers approval a new customer agreement form will be signed and now you can relax while we do all the hard work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few landscaping and weeding classes along with years of on the job experience. Along with the occasional 'How Too' YouTube video.
