Changed the oil to my truck and spilled a lot of oil on driveway.I didn't think that pressure washing would do much and that I'd be left with a huge stain on driveway. I was wrong. Josh came out and attacked that oil spill with everything he had and I'm amazed there is no stain. Asked Josh to do sidewalk, lanai pavers, and other areas as well. Everything looks great. Josh arrived on time, has a great personality, charges a fair price, and I highly recommend him when you need pressure washing done.

I was renting a house in Parrish,FL. Had to clean the driveway before my rent was over. SeaBreeze Power Washing came highly recommended by my neighbors. Josh,the owner, was very helpful. He removed all stains from the driveway and even helped with cleaning the gutters and stains on the walls. Will definitely hire him again and recommend him to others! Thank you for the job well done. By the way the price was very reasonable .

Josh cleaned our driveway, Lanai, patio screens and sidewalk. It made such a difference, couldn’t believe how nice it looked afterwards! He was extremely professional and friendly! Overall happy with everything

Showed up on time ready to work. Had a really bad oil stain on my driveway from changing my oil on my truck and he attacked it. He worked very carefully and methodically and I was shocked at how much he was able to remove. Great guy too!
