I've been in residential Real Estate for over 9 years in different roles as a Property Manager and Construction Manager.
My goal is to work with homeowners to maximize their ROI on their rental property(ies). Short Term rentals yield a much higher ROI than longer term rentals. In addition a paralleling goal is to provide a quality and relaxing stay for customers.
Communication is the corner stone of management a project/properties. As your Property Manager, I will be in direct contact with short term rentals and provide homeowners cleanliness and move in/move out reports after each stay.
