My mom purchased a house in Foley in November. During the inspection an issue was found with the HVAC system that had been installed in 2022 by the company that Avalon bought out. Avalon stepped up and said, "we bought the company so we bought their problems," and offered to fix the problem by installing a new air handler inside the house at no charge to my mom. She decided to go ahead and install a new condenser outside so that the HVAC system would be brand new with new warranties. She has not moved yet, but we were able to give Avalon's techs access, and they got the system installed in about 6-7 hours. The communication and installation were both top notch, and I would gladly recommend Avalon to anyone needing HVAC work. This is the kind of company you want to deal with.

Paul arrived promptly and provided a thorough maintenance check. He made the effort to communicate with me throughout the process so that I knew what to expect. When an issue arose he dug in & figured out the problem. He was prepared with the right parts on hand and was able to make the repairs on the spot eliminating the inconvenience of having to wait several more days to fix it. Paul seems to be a friendly, genuine person with a positive, customer service driven attitude.

Avalon quickly came to help me during the summer when my AC unit quit. Was very happy with their service then so I signed up for their annual maintenance.Dane P. (the service tech) was friendly and polite. He completed maintenance on the two systems. He spoke to me after about what he had done and, happily, that no issues were found.I'm very happy with their services and pricing.
