Introduction: With almost 40 years of experience as a technologist, I have seen it all, and have fixed it. I specialize in Apple products but can handle just about anything. Matt spent all the time necessary to fix several problems with my older Dell computer. He was very professional and kept me "in the loop" as he worked to fix the various problems, one of which was particularly ornery! He also got along great with my big yellow lab!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's fair and I get great discounts on parts which I pass along. Tipping is always allowed (kidding).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get a feel for the level of comfort with technology that each customer has. I take notes about the configuration of the computer and I get a general feel for the way the customer likes to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working on computers when hard drives (and disk drives) hadn't even been invented yet, so all of my knowledge comes from my work.
