Introduction: With almost 40 years of experience as a technologist, I have seen it all, and have fixed it. I specialize in Apple products but can handle just about anything. Matt is a true professional. I had a serious issue with my older iMAC that other techs would not even touch. I assumed I'd need to replace it until I came across Rusty's. Matt called me back immediately, then got it diagnosed and fixed in an hour. Plus, his rates are more than reasonable. I'd highly recommend his services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    It's fair and I get great discounts on parts which I pass along. Tipping is always allowed (kidding).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always like to get a feel for the level of comfort with technology that each customer has. I take notes about the configuration of the computer and I get a general feel for the way the customer likes to work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I started working on computers when hard drives (and disk drives) hadn't even been invented yet, so all of my knowledge comes from my work.
