We had an issue with a leaking tub drain overflow pipe, and Max was incredibly responsive from the start. He immediately understood the problem and was able to complete the repair the very same day. I called him on a Friday with a leak he managed to approach it from the outside of the house rather than rip up my bathroom, work Saturday and Sunday and fix everything. Very rare to find somebody that works so quickly and throughout the weekend to get the job done right
