Please disregard my previous review — Chris from Southern Air went above and beyond to make things right after our initial experience. He took the initiative to personally reach out and apologize, provided a detailed quote, answered all of our questions, and had the entire job completed just two days later. As out-of-state homeowners, we truly appreciated the extra step he took in returning to the house to help us connect our new thermostat to the app so we could access it remotely.
