- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All estimates are clearly explained before work begins. We regularly offer promotions, maintenance specials, and financing options when available. Our pricing reflects quality workmanship, proper installation practices, and reliable equipment—not shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concerns and evaluating the system thoroughly. From there, we explain what we find in clear, simple terms and provide honest recommendations with options when available. Once a plan is agreed on, we schedule the work promptly and complete it with attention to detail. After the job, we review everything with the customer and make sure they’re completely comfortable with their system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Class B Mechanical Contractor with extensive hands-on experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and system installation. I’ve completed ongoing technical training related to modern heat pump systems, airflow diagnostics, refrigerants, and manufacturer-specific installation standards. Continued education is a priority to stay current with codes, technology, and best practices.
