Our site was not a normal out of the box site. We had some crazy ideas and coding requests. He handled them by walking us through the steps it would most likely take, and made suggestions on to wait to develop specific items till later, after there was cash flow. On the necessities, he knew what had to be done and went to work on them. He is extremely knowledgeable but still has the personality it takes to talk to people about normal things. We love the work, enthusiasm and insight he brings to our project, and we value his input.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the client and project. Some work can be done as a agreed on per hour basis. But most of the time, projects are quoted, time is given, and I get to work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer needs and how much has been done in the project. Then based on that information I will suggest options associated with their business or model to increase online exposure to their business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have built projects for Disney, Environmental Business's, Aviation Training , Private Jet, Financial Databases and more. I love working with startup companies or small companies, there is still room left to brainstorm new ideas and implement them without going through the corporate rigamarole.
