When Agents join our Property Pro Program, they receive discounted pricing, priority scheduling (same day, when necessary), referrals based commissions on totals for services paid for, after hours scheduling and cleaning solutions tailored for each property. Volume-based discounts for multiple properties scheduled for cleanings. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Maintenance Contracts available for ongoing care of properties.

What type carpet do you have? Nylon? Polyester? Wool? When was the last time it was cleaned? How was it cleaned, as in what method was used? Hot water extraction (steam cleaning)? Encapsulation? Spin Bonnet? DIY?
