Gary was very professional. He made sure to call when he was on his way and he arrived on time which I appreciated, Gary took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my carpet and how he was going to fix it. At the end of the job, the carpet look great, I was very pleased with Gary’s work.

I posted on Thumbtack and Gary responded shortly after. He quoted me a price if he could do same day as another job he had close by. Later that night the other job cancelled and he let me know mine would be a little more and asked if I still wanted him to come, which I did. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job stretching the carpet in the room and securing to the tack strips. It really looked good and so much better than what I had there. I asked him if he would look at another room to see if he could fix the carpet there which he did. Again, quoted me a reasonable price and fixed the problem. He even helped me with moving a couple of the heavier pieces back into the room. I would recommend Gary because his work is great, he was straight forward with cost (which was reasonable) and prompt with his correspondence and time of arrival.
