Leo arrived on time. he was very personable and it worked very hard to try to find a solution to the problem I was having with my printer. it appears that a part wasn't working properly and would have to be replaced. I called Canon told him about the problem are they going to send me a new printer and I'll send back the one I have. so Leo did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. if I need technical support in the future I will definitely call you and hopefully get Leo again

Turns out it was dust on the rollers, which I tried to clean myself with no result. He resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and then procedure to show me the proper way to do fix this problem or avoid it completely with proper maintenance.
