A perfect job and excellent experience! I needed a new propane grill to be retrofitted with a natural gas hose due to a weird configuration with our underground propane tank. Monty was able to easily make the fix and remove/replace the old quick disconnect hose which was in lousy shape. He took the time to walk me through a few pointers with our new grill and could not have been nicer. We could have possibly done the work ourselves but frankly I'd rather trust a professional when it comes to something like gas lines. I highly recommend them!
First time using this service. Had Marco and his assistant come out to clean our Webber grill as a surprise for my husband's birthday. The experience was excellent! They were right on time, neat and made the grill look like new. Marco even took the time to teach me the proper use of the grill as a past experience made me a little timid with use. My husband was thrilled and we were so happy that we asked to be placed on a regular cleaning service. I have used another popular company in the past who charged me the same but would only clean the crispers and left the rest dirty telling me that they dont do the exterior of the grills! If I could give them more stars I would. Nice to get what you pay for and in this case even a little more. Very happy

I inherited a Dacor built-in grill with a recent home purchase. It was in terrible shape. Rehabbing it with Monty was a tremendous value vs. a very expensive replacement. He cleaned it replaced working parts and restored it to good working condition.
All's well that ends well. I am the frustrated customer who wrote the negative review on August 18. Pleased to report that they replaced the rotisserie burner and now works fine. Thanks.

Thanks for your updated review Sir. Some grill manufacturers process their orders in such a way that sometimes, unfortunately, make us look bad. Hope you are enjoying using your grill.
Not a happy customer. Have an 8 year old grill used only for rotisserie (I use natural charcoal in Big Green Egg for grilling). Was not working, engaged them to come out and check. They said needed major repairs, so spent about $600 parts and labor to have repairs done over period of a couple months. When finished the rotisserie still did not work. Then they told me for first time that the rotisserie probably needed replacing, and could not be sure one was available. So after spending about $600 for repairs to old grill still have an unusable rotsserie. Certainly would not recommend.

We do understand you aggravation for the money spent on the repairs of your Profire grill, but simply to remind you that it is impossible for us to foresee every single problem that can go wrong with a gas grill.
You called us to repair the ignition on you Profire grill and we promptly schedule d you for that service. Throughout the evaluation of your grill, we realized that the manifold on your grill had a huge hole that could have caused an accident. Anyway, we ordered the parts not only to replace the manifold, but also the ignition and burners on your grill. We spend over 3 hrs on the job, but we only charged you for 2 hours' work. When we tested the new burners we installed and the ignition, everything worked besides the rotisserie backburner. There is no way to test if the rotisserie backburner worked, without first replacing the leaking manifold. It's like a surgeon doctor trying to test pulmonary function on a patient who needs a heart transplant. When we realized, we needed to replace the rotisserie backburner, we called you and let you know. We even promised we would order it and install it at no extra charge to you and you would only pay for the rotisserie backburner ONLY if it worked. Well, this part is backordered, unfortunately, we also depend on the grill manufacturer's parts availability to move on. Once the part comes in, we will call you so that you can make up your mind if you want it or not.
Monty has been here twice in bout 9 months. First time was a repay that worked very well and he was very reasonably priced. I called him back for a complete cleaning of a 56" Stainless g rill and I was shocked to see how he disassembled the entire grill and cleaned every square inch of the grill, inside and out. This grill is 10 years old and looked the part before he got here, and now the grill looks like it did when I bought it. Monty and his assistant were courteous, quick, clean and concerned about not getting my pool deck dirty. They went the extra mile and kept me posted along the way to let me know what they were doing and why. 4 hours later...perfect clean grill that worked perfectly!! You need to call Monty now if you have a g rill that needs service and or cleaning.

I needed parts but also advice, Monty knew my grill in detail, answered all my questions and had all the parts on hand to ship immediately I'll certainly call him again!
Monty was friendly and professional. He did an amazing job refurbishing my Fire Magic custom grille. It went from a dirty poorly working grill to looking like it came out of the showroom! Awesome job!

A magician! He transformed a 16 year old grill that was no longer manufactured into a brand new unit. The work was finished and installed on time. Monty was very professional. I highly recommend him and the Grill Doctor crew.
