I am the manager and head instructor at Intensity Parkour in Margate FL. Parkour has given me a way to explore my human potential, and help others to as well. Helping others reach elevated levels of awareness with their own body.

About Intensity Parkour

I'm Brad Short. I'm teaching parkour and freerunning to anyone willing to learn. Become a master of your own body and achieve what some believe to be impossible!

In February of 2011, I became a certified parkour and freerunning instructor through the World Freerunning and Parkour Federation (WFPF). I have made a career for myself through parkour doing performances for companies like Equinox and The Coral Gables Museum, participating in stunt work for films, and also found solace through teaching the art of parkour to those willing to learn. I am now the manager and head instructor at Intensity Parkour, a parkour gym in Margate, Florida.

Brad started his own YouTube channel in 2011 dedicated to showcasing his parkour abilities and became recognized for his intense ability and daring stunts. He has built a name for himself within the parkour community and quickly reached a point of training with the most recognized and talented parkour athletes in the world. Brad found parkour intriguing, because he saw it as a way to find his true potential as a human being. Applying his body and mind to elevated levels of awareness is his motive; he always wants to strive to be the best version of himself that he can be.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. One of the most common questions I get asked is "Isn't this dangerous? How many bones have you broken"
My answer is always the same "Parkour is not dangerous, because you only train what you are capable of and slowly increase your abilities. There is lots of physical conditioning involved to keep the body prepared for the movements it will be learning"
My answer to how many bones I've broken is "None, after 8 years of practicing parkour I am truthful with myself and never attempt any movement that I am not 110% confident in, also the daily physical conditioning I do has kept me safe from injuries"
