- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually charge per sqft. However, the price may vary according to the difficulty of the service, for example: if the roof is very high and dangerous, or we cannot climb and walk on the roof, we need to rent a lift, the client wants services outside business hours, the place to be cleaned or painted is difficult to have access. When the customer indicates us to neighbors and friends we always offer discounts or do extra services. The customer has no surprises regarding the price. We charge what we previously agreed. We receive payment via checks, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, without charging fees. We do our best and we charge a competitive and fair price, we try to work according to the client's budget. We offer free estimates in a few minutes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask the client what needs to be done, how they would like it to be done, where the service is, and when they need it to be done. After, we negotiate the price, explain in detail how we will do the service and what products will be used. We seek to meet all customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day we are learning something new, new techniques, watching videos, taking courses, looking for new products, talking to other professionals, exchanging experiences. Each day we do our service with more quality, taking care of details, and faster. Our goal is your satisfaction!
