- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most standard bathtubs are refinished for a flat price that already includes tax and our warranty. Tile, shower walls, and chip or crack repairs are priced separately. Send us a photo of your tub and your address with ZIP code, and we will give you a price before we come out. No hidden fees and no surprises on the day of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send us a photo of your tub and your address. 2. We give you a price and schedule a day that works for you. 3. On the day of the job, we clean the surface, repair chips and cracks, and pour on one thick coat of our ArmoGlaze coating. 4. The coating cures for 24 hours, and then your tub is ready to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been refinishing bathtubs since 2007. In 2014, we developed our own coating, ArmoGlaze 2K, and our team is trained to apply it. It is a pour-on coating, not a spray, so it is odorless and you can stay at home while we work.
