FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that switching to solar energy should be painless and easy. It should also make financial sense. Solar is the least expensive option to get energy in most parts of the United States. Our clients benefit from our Zero Down Financing where the COMPLETE solar panel system is installed without out-of-pocket money. The financing of the system is through a loan provider so instead of paying a monthly bill to your utility you pay a less expensive monthly payment to your loan provider; this monthly loan payment is fixed for the life of the financing (electricity payments increase every year) so you will save an incredible amount of money over the years. But the best part is that every one of those payments becomes equity for your home as it increases the value of your home (when you pay the monthly bill to your utility you do not get any benefit - it's just like the difference between buying & renting a home). We switch you over to solar at ZERO cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
These are the steps of the process: - Step 1: Collect Your Energy Bill (with this information we prepare a Custom Proposal tailored to your needs) - Step 2: Review the Custom Proposal - Step 3: Select the Best Plan - Step 4: Sign Contract - Step 5: Get Started As soon as the project gets started you will receive emails informing you on which one of the eight (8) stages the project is: - Stage 1: Contract Signed - Stage 2: Site Survey Scheduled (its your property survey to assess everything related with the project) - Stage 3: Site Survey Completion - Stage 4: Permit Submitted (this is the longest part of the project, depends on local government) - Stage 5: Permit Approval - Stage 6: Installation Scheduled - Stage 7: Installation Completion - Stage 8: Permission To Operate (PTO) and POWUR ON!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an electronic engineer and at college we studied how solar panels worked but it was at that time so expensive that only satellites in space would be of practical applications for them. I've been involved always on technical applications and now we are at a time when the solar panel technology has dropped to such an inexpensive level that it is the best time to migrate to solar energy instead of energy produced by dirty fuels.
