At Faye’s Lawn Services LLC, my typical process for working with a new customer starts with really listening. I take the time to understand exactly what the customer wants and what their goals are for their lawn and outdoor space. From there, I assess the property and provide tailored recommendations that match their desires while ensuring quality and long-lasting results. I make sure to communicate clearly every step of the way, so the customer feels confident and involved in the process. My goal is always to deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We officially opened in February 2024, and the inspiration behind our company name comes from my grandmother, who was the true green thumb of our family. Her name, which was also passed down to me as my middle name, represents the passion I’ve always had for the outdoors and gardening—values that now carry into our work at Fay’s Lawn Services.
