Introduction
We charge $80 for diagnostic on any machine. We look over the entire machine for the problems experienced by you, as well as anything else we see and formulate a repair strategy and associated cost. The charge is absorbed into the repair cost if the repair quote is approved. If it is not approved and/or you want to go another route, you only owe us $80.00. Period. We operate out of Ponte Vedra Peach, FL, but will travel anywhere in the area to meet you at a place/time of your choosing. Our services include the following: * PC/Mac computer repair (mobile service) * Network solutions * Drive recoveries * Virus elimination We specialize in legal IT needs. The owner is a former computer technician/manager of Daystar Technology in Suwanee, GA, along with other former employees of the same entity. We fix (any) computers. We specialize in PC/Mac computers, Windows XP and older.

Craig Washington diagnosed my problem in very good time and was very responsive to my questions- quotes, time of return, etc.- via texts. He went out of his way to pick up my computer so that work could be started before I was able to drop computer off myself. He also planned around my schedule to return my computer as soon as it was repaired. I am very pleased with the new fan he put in my laptop. The only issue I had was beyond Mr. Washington's control. This was a delay in a couple of days in receiving the part- which was due to the shipper's tracking system and out of Mr. Washington's control. I will definitely use his services again if needed. I will also recommend his services to others.

Very satisfied customer. Mr. Washington was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My screen had went out on my laptop and most places that I called led me to believe that it was probably my mother board. :( I put off getting it checked out because of the high diagnostic fees. Mr. Washington had the most reasonable fee and he came out to pick my up my laptop from my office that morning. I had it back and repaired that same afternoon. It was a relatively easy fix and he did not charge me any more than the diagnostic fee. It was refreshing to deal with an honest person who did not try to take advantage of the situation and charge more, nor did he try to upsell me with any other services. I would highly recommend his service for your computer repair.

Craig provided outstanding services! He did a wonderful job explaining to me what the problem was with my netbook and what actions would require to fix it. And based on my situation, what he would recommend. He's patient and not pushy. I was nervous that I would be pushed to get a repair job done when it's not even worthy it. He is super nice and knowledgable! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their machine! Quick turnaround and all! Reasonable price for diagnosis the problem. You can't get that from GeekSquad! Trust me on that!

My laptop's left hinge holder was damaged (some bolts and nuts were also destroyed) but Craig was able to fix the holder, utilizing whatever parts leftover. He charged me $30.00, which is a very reasonable price. Craig was very easy to work with and responded to my calls and thumbtack emails promptly. He kept me updated with my laptop's repair status and was very honest in explaining my laptop conditions.
