We were certain that our moisture stained--and pet stained --hard wood engineered floor was a loss. Steve looked it over and was determined to save it. He sanded the floor and applied a darker stain, which hides any residual effects of the past. It is gorgeous!!! He worked cleanly and was very professional. He had the job completed sooner than we anticipated. We have already signed him up to fix the floor at another property for us.
