What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our office strives to provide the highest level of legal care, at the most affordable pricing possible. By keeping our residential closing fee at $195 for Thumbtack referrals, we ensure great value, along with great service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all of our orders, we request our clients' contact information and the contact information for individuals or any associated professionals that the client is working with. For purchase transactions, we ask for a copy of the purchase agreement, as well as contact information for the parties involved: Buyer, Seller, Real Estate agents, Mortgage and/or Loan officers and HOA contacts, if applicable. For refinance transactions, we ask for the loan amount, the lender's name and the contact information for the loan officer or mortgage broker.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Meredith Carlo - Harvard Law School - class of 1997 - 20 years experience practicing law in the areas of : - contracts, intellectual property, education, real estate, and business law. - Licensed to practice law in: - Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia - Representation experience includes - individuals, universities, start-ups, and Fortune 500 organizations.
