Filigree Cake Design created a beautiful two-tiered wedding cake for our wedding. Nikki was incredibly receptive to our ideas and feedback and used them to design the perfect cake for us. The entire process from design to delivery went off without a hitch. Everyone at our reception absolutely loved the cake. We are so grateful to Nikki and Filigree Cake Design for helping to make our special day perfectly sweet!

Contact their clients to let them know the have to reschedule. Drove all the way from the westside of Jacksonville to the beaches for a No show. No call. No text until 7 hrs later.

I am sorry you didn’t get to try your free cake sample. You would have loved it! Even though I am a 5 star baker with top notch customer service (according to customers) I am a human and a one man operation. I made a mistake. I forgot about our meeting while busy taking care of an emergency situation of a paying customer. As soon as I realized it and was able to (5 hours Iater) I contacted you, was honest, apologized and offered to make it up to you.
A true 1 star baker would have ignored you and moved on.
