- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If Clients feel that the pricing structure may be complicated, that is not the intent; each client has different needs and their pets are unique, as we all are. My personal goal with each client is to EXCEED their expectations without Nickel-Diming them - remember I am a Pet owner as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I update my background check yearly which is proudly displayed on my website. I am a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. I feel it is important to keep up on the latest information and to "put my money where my mouth is" being a professional does not just mean being a member of an organization, but participating and obtaining the "proof of the pudding" for my clients!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Oh this is a long story...but I will make is short. Love Animals, I have 4 now, they are my life and it is largely due to past disappointments that I have had in care I have been given/expected and paid dearly for. When I retired from the corporate world last year, my mission and goal was to finally do what I love, not what I had to and to provide EXCEPTIONAL Care to the standards that I expect for my babies.
