There were quite a few unexpected problems that ended up taking far longer than Vlad had thought, but he never gave up and after 3 trips to the house, he completed the tasks and never charged any more than he bid the job for. He is a very nice man and we will be hiring him for other work in the future.

They repaired and replaced some cracked and loose floor tiles for me. They did a good job repairing and replacing the tiles and it looks so much better now. They also cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated.
Vlad HandyZilla's reply
Anna, thank you! I’m glad the tile repairs and replacements made such a noticeable difference. I also appreciate you mentioning the cleanup — leaving the space neat is always part of the job.

Amazing work! Had the pleasure of working with his partner who was able to correct so many things previously hired individuals messed up. Not only did he fix it, he explained things very well and taught me a lot. He made sure the previous damage wasn’t visible as well. Sometimes you find the right person and can just tell you’re in good hands and they know what they’re doing…Vlad is one of those guys! Thanks again!
Vlad HandyZilla's reply
Jackiya, thank you so much for the amazing review! I’m glad we were able to correct the previous issues and leave everything looking the way it should. It means a lot to hear that you felt confident and informed throughout the process. Thank you again for your trust and support!

Vlad was very punctual, professional and considerate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work! My ceiling fan was up and running in no time. I was happy to give him a tip because he waited patiently for me even though I was late. I will definitely be using his services again!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and straightforward, based on the scope of the work. I offer competitive rates for quality craftsmanship, and there are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat clients, and all costs are clearly outlined before any work begins, ensuring no surprises along the way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, project details, and expectations.
2. Assessment: I typically visit the site to assess the scope of the work, take measurements if needed, and discuss any specific requirements.
3. Estimate: After the assessment, I provide a detailed, transparent quote that outlines the cost, materials, and timeline for the project.
4. Approval and Scheduling: Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the project at a convenient time for them.
5. Execution: I complete the work as planned, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. If there’s any post-renovation cleaning required, my wife’s cleaning service takes care of it.
6. Final Walkthrough: I do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the results before wrapping up the project.
7. Follow-up: I always follow up afterward to ensure everything meets their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and handyman services, with extensive work in Europe before officially launching my business in Florida in 2024. My expertise comes from practical training, working on a variety of projects, from small repairs to large-scale renovations. This experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and problem-solving skills, ensuring top-quality results for my clients.
