Amazing work! Had the pleasure of working with his partner who was able to correct so many things previously hired individuals messed up. Not only did he fix it, he explained things very well and taught me a lot. He made sure the previous damage wasn’t visible as well. There were quite a few unexpected problems that ended up taking far longer than Vlad had thought, but he never gave up and after 3 trips to the house, he completed the tasks and never charged any more than he bid the job for. He is a very nice man and we will be hiring him for other work in the future.

3 grab bars installed plus some drywall repaired. They ran late, however, they let me know that they were running behind and sent me updates with estimates of their arrival time. I was very happy with the work and what they charged.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, project details, and expectations.
2. Assessment: I typically visit the site to assess the scope of the work, take measurements if needed, and discuss any specific requirements.
3. Estimate: After the assessment, I provide a detailed, transparent quote that outlines the cost, materials, and timeline for the project.
4. Approval and Scheduling: Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the project at a convenient time for them.
5. Execution: I complete the work as planned, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. If there’s any post-renovation cleaning required, my wife’s cleaning service takes care of it.
6. Final Walkthrough: I do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the results before wrapping up the project.
