- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a call from a client, we will schedule an appointment to meet with them asap! We will discuss their concerns regarding their water and/or air quality, and how we can provide better quality to their water and air! For us its all about creating a healthy home for the client! We provide the highest quality products and prompt, courteous, and professional service for the client!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been fortunate to have worked for over 30 years with health and lifestyle companies, who have catered to the needs of their customers. They instilled in us a huge sense of responsibility to the clients needs and wants regarding their health, and the health of their family!
