FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on your business needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing because every business is different. Factors like transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll needs, cleanup work, and the level of support required all affect pricing. We start with a short intake form to understand your business and goals. Based on that information, we provide a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. Any one-time services (such as cleanup or setup) are quoted separately, and ongoing monthly services are billed at a flat, predictable rate so you always know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and client-focused: 1. Initial Contact & Intake Form: We start with a brief intake form to understand your business, current bookkeeping setup, and goals. 2. Review & Recommendation: We review your information, identify any gaps or cleanup needs, and determine the level of support required. 3. Clear Proposal & Onboarding: You receive a clear proposal outlining services, pricing, and next steps. Once approved, we guide you through a smooth onboarding process. 4. Setup & Cleanup (if needed): We set up or clean up your books in QuickBooks, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date. 5. Ongoing Support & Reporting: We provide consistent monthly bookkeeping, financial reports, and ongoing support so you can make confident business decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. Our background includes professional experience with Ernst & Young (EY), one of the world’s leading accounting firms, as well as tax preparation certification through H&R Block. In addition, we are trained in QuickBooks Online and have hands-on experience supporting small businesses with bookkeeping, cleanups, reconciliations, and ongoing financial reporting. We stay current through continuing education and professional development to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
