YES! I am pursuing my next certification for Strength & Conditioning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Apparently fitness has been a passion of mine since I was first born, because I was doing push-ups in my bassinet on the first day I was born (LOL). I ended up having a true desire to engage in and understand fitness from when I was four years old and watched my brother workout with his friends and other family members. I began working out and competing in sports during my years of elementary school and I have continued ever since. I was a manager for Amazon.com and there happened to be a budget cut that caused me to lose my position. I knew I needed to do something soon and I also knew that it had to be a true passion of mine. I spoke with my brother who guided me all of these years with fitness and I told him that I wanted to be a personal trainer. He then encouraged me and told me that he believes this is my calling. I earned my certification shortly after the budget cut and began training since. I absolutely love fitness and anything to do with healthy-living for that matter. This is definitely where I belong and I love the fact that I have even more avenues to explore & pursue now that I have established myself as the professional that I truly am.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Training, Small Group Training and Online Personal Training.
