Installation of new unit over 3 years ago. Maintenance once a year and he even came over to install a new filter after I had surgery and couldn't do it myself. Very reliable and efficient.

I called Mark through a referral from a friend. This guy is second to none. Didn't guess the problem, he tested everything. Fan motor resistance, capacitors and compressor. 2 other companies said compressor was toast, need new unit. Not Mark. $35 dual output capacitor and a slight charge. And a labor and service charge. All out for 250 bucks instead of $8k. He is the real deal. Honesty and integrity without a doubt

I have used this business on several occasions. A couple of times I was out of town and Mark took care of our tenants issues while we were away. He was so good that I personally used this business to handle my personal home as well.

Mark is awesome. He is now out “go to” for all things Aircon and heat! He is very responsive, even after hours , and gives us advice to help us save $. He is very thorough and fixed our units right up!!! We really like Mark and recommend you give him a call!
