Sometimes it about what you know not how much has to be done. I researched how to fix my computer problem for over a week. Never was able to fix it. Called and set up an appointment to fix it. Remotely fixed in a matter of minutes. I should have called sooner!

I hired Edward to help complete the computer set up for my 14 year old grandson. Edward was patient and very knowledgeable. He spent two hours with him helping him complete the set up of the computer, giving him tips and pointers and helping him set up his different accounts to use the computer as he wanted. I wish i could give Edward more than 5 stars, his reviews are all right on the money. He didn't treat my grandson like a kid who didn't know what he was doing, he treated him like a student and helped teach him what he could. I will for sure remember Edward and call on him for my future needs
