Sometimes it about what you know not how much has to be done. I researched how to fix my computer problem for over a week. Never was able to fix it. Called and set up an appointment to fix it. Remotely fixed in a matter of minutes. I should have called sooner!

Had 2 computers all messed up with mixed up passwords etc. My son had recently passed and we could not get the computoers up and running correctly w/o him, Edward from Mobile 941 was able to figure it all out and get borth PC's operating correctly.
