Sometimes it about what you know not how much has to be done. I researched how to fix my computer problem for over a week. Never was able to fix it. Called and set up an appointment to fix it. Remotely fixed in a matter of minutes. I should have called sooner!

Edward was very quick to get back to me when I requested an appointment. He came the following day and fixed my computer within 30 minutes. He also have my son pointers on how to shut down his computer properly.
