So far through my windowinstallation process, these folks have been awesome! Jones Window & Doors have been a pleasure to work with...from initial measurements, to documenting damages (likely happened during shipping before they were installed) , to the actual installation...I give them five stars. They and their employees/subs are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish! Johnny came out for the window and door estimate, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain all of our options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made us feel completely confident in our decisions. There was absolutely no pressurejust honest guidance and excellent customer service.When it came time for installation, Kyle exceeded all expectations. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the door was installed perfectly. From my initial meeting with their sales representative all the way through installation of the sliding glass doors I had a great experience with Jones Window and Door. Installers Danny & Josh were very professional and worked hard to install the doors. After installation their was a small issue with one of the handles and they sent a service technician over right away to fix the issue. Tracy their service scheduler was great to work with! I highly recommend them.

Save yourself a lot of anxiety and get a quote from these folks.This was not the first time to the window rodeo for my wife and I in replacing our windows with hurricane/noise reduction ratings. With the high costs for windows and doors today, we are doing this in phases. Phase one, we went with a well known reputable window company. We experienced a couple of bumps along the way but overall still met our satisfaction.We were all ready to go with them for phase two but word of mouth lead us to Jones. I visited their facility and found their products to be high quality and reasonably priced. Just as important, their employees; from sales, office support and installation crew, are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. Their whole process was seamless. Not one bump and together they exceeded our expectations.We plan to utilize their services again (hopefully our final phase) without feeling a need to search out other quotes. I highly recommend Jones Window and Door.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not overprice our windows or labor. We are one of the most competitive companies out there and we are growing fast because of this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come take measurements, Give customer a quote, if customer accepts quote we will be out to take a final measure and get the windows ordered. We take 50% deposit to order and 50% balance on install. Inspection passes and we send out our tech to do the post inspection.
