FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job if it is new construction or is much cheaper. But to go behind someone who didn't know what they were doing and fix tends to cost more but my prices are on the lower end of the scale because I do not have much overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet with the customer and go over what needs to be done and explain it to them so they understand. Also show them what a job like they are requesting goes for from high to low and make my prices very competitive. Explain from start to finish what needs to be done and work with the customer to make sure they are getting everything they want. When finished go over how everything operates and make sure they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to school for computer networking and went to technical schooling for instrumentation and electrical. Have worked wiring houses since I was 16 and also worked for 2 years laying tile and about a year and a half doing sheetrock. Was a subcontractor doing smart homes and security.
