- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning requested. Deep cleans are more detailed and take longer, so they are priced higher than standard recurring services. I offer better rates for recurring clients (biweekly or weekly). For first-time or one-time services, I may require a deposit to secure the appointment due to past no-shows. All pricing is discussed upfront with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the condition of the home. If needed, I can do a walk-through (in person or via video) to provide an accurate quote. Once scheduled, I send a confirmation through my system. For first-time or one-time cleans, I typically require a deposit or payment prior to secure the appointment. After the cleaning, I can provide photos and an invoice for your records.
